Returns and refunds

For returns or order support, email sales@rivalkit.com with your order number.

Standard, non-personalised items

Tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. You may inspect and try them on as you would in a shop. Please return them clean and with their original packaging where possible; unnecessary handling that reduces their value may affect the refund.

Personalised and custom-made items

The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described.

You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. If your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and return costs. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Refunds

Refunds are normally processed within 2 working days after receipt of the return. Eligible cancellation refunds include standard outbound delivery and are made within the applicable statutory deadline. Any extra paid for premium delivery is not refundable under change-of-mind cancellation.

Size changes

For an eligible standard item, return the original and place a new order for the correct size. Please check sizing and personalisation before ordering custom kit.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
