For an eligible standard item, return the original and place a new order for the correct size. This keeps production and your chosen options accurate.

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your rights for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed items are unaffected.

If an item is faulty or incorrect, contact sales@rivalkit.com before sending it back. Include your order number, product name and a description of the issue; photos can help us investigate.
